Production Coordinator

We are recruiting for the role of Production Coordinator; this is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a project management role within a busy and energetic creative marketing team. You will oversee the photography and video production needs of our Rab and Lowe Alpine brands ensuring their timely delivery and high-quality execution.

 

Key responsibilities (including but not limited to):

 

  • Manage sample location including delivery from suppliers, delivery and collection to / from external agencies through the constant maintenance of sample tracking spreadsheets.
  • Briefing and maintaining communication with agencies during seasonal shoots
  • Organising in season video and photo content production on budget and to brief
  • Supervise and manage the visual content producer setting direction and objectives, reviewing performance, providing feedback, and suggesting areas for development.
  • Ensuring on time, quality delivery of assets when required
  • Work closely with wider teams to ensure timely delivery of selects
  • Depending on experience you may be required to assist photographers with simple edits
  • Working with other functions to get the most up to date information on samples and content requirements

 

To join us, you must have:

 

Essential:

  • Project Management skills and experience overseeing complex projects in a similar environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Task driven and highly organised with exceptional time management skills
  • Experience working with external photography and videography agencies
  • Confidence to follow up and chase relevant departments and external agencies
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
  • Experience of sample management in a similar role/setting
  • Deadline and process orientated
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships

 

Desirable:

  • Project Management qualifications
  • Experience of digital asset management systems
  • Knowledge and passion for the outdoors including an understanding of technical products and their correct usage
  • Excel qualifications / evidence of previous training
  • Experience of the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Premier and Lightroom
