Office Administrator


Key responsibilities will include:

=        Booking UK & International travel arrangements (including visas, hotels, flights, taxi’s, car parking etc.)

=        Completion of CEO’s & Directors monthly expense claims

=        Managing company cars, including buying new fleet cars, sale of old cars, insurance and breakdown cover, reminders for MOT’s, assisting           employees with insurance claims, first contact for all employees with company cars

=        Management of foreign currency requirements

=        Booking meeting rooms, general set-up for meetings and arrange catering as and when required

=        General Administration – typing and sending letters, photocopying, compiling data, etc.

=        Assisting in the preparation of meetings and presentations

=        Assisting in the preparation of International Trade Shows

=        Assisting with diary management

=        Meeting & Greeting Clients and Visitors – Making refreshments

=        Ordering stationery, catering & hygiene supplies, and kitchen facilities management

Essential Requirements:


=        Previous experience in a busy office environment

=        Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel

=        Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels

=        Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail

=        Will be able to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining accuracy

=        Proactive, looking for solutions and anticipating needs

=        Team player

=        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

=        Flexibility around particularly busy periods


Desirable Requirements:

=        Secretarial/personal assistant skills are preferable
