Artworker - Lowe Alpine

Role objectives

You will support the Marketing team in delivering seasonal marketing campaigns, brand projects, in-store communication (and events) in-line with marketing strategy for core markets in UK, Europe, and North America.  Working fluidly between mediums and produce modern, creative artwork and contributing to the overall creative direction of the brand, you will support agency-led design direction and brand visual language development.  You will also artwork seasonal campaigns and assist with rollout with international offices and media partners.  Key responsibilities will include:-

 

-Supporting rollout of all digital and print marketing collateral including workbooks, consumer brochures, digital and social media assets

-Supporting with the development of in store communications in conjunction with retail partners

-Managing asset and advertising requests from agents, media partners and international offices

-Supporting the marketing team with trade and consumer events visual communications

-Supporting brand and PR functions with visual communication requirements

-Managing image libraries and asset sharing platforms

-Re-touching and colour product photography

-Developing and managing time lines for all visual communication projects. Maintaining agreed brand “tone of voice” online and in print, through copy, imagery and communications 

-Working with creative agencies to translate brand and seasonal campaign asthenic for use internally and externally

-Developing close relationships with all internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all channels

The Artworker will report to the Head of Marketing and will be involved in all aspects of design supporting across the whole department.   We are on the lookout for a talented and creative individual, with an active interest or passion for the outdoors, to be part of our team.   Attributes we look for are self-motivation with a ‘can-do’ attitude, good organisational skills, pride in producing high-quality products from start to finish and a love for team working.  If you have relevant industry experience in the sporting goods/outdoor recreation markets and/or related industries, so much the better.

 

Experience and Skills Required

 

- Good understanding of creative visual principles such as typography, layout, colour, photography and identity

- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, including colour work, image manipulation and batch processing

- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite and a desire to learn new skills

- Degree or equivalent level qualification desirable

- Strong project management skills

- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in design

- In-depth understanding of the Lowe Alpine product range alongside a broad understanding of the outdoor market
