HR Administrator (Temp-Perm)

Key responsibilities will include:

=        Recruitment admin including preparing and placing job adverts, managing applications via the ATS and assisting managers with interviews

=        Administration of starter and leaver documentation

=        Carry out inductions for all new members of staff including preparation of induction packs

=        Production of all HR related correspondence and documentation for employees including contracts of employment, changes in employment terms and general notifications

=        Creation and maintenance of personnel files, both manual and computerised.

=        Producing statistical and management information as required.

=        Deliver a high-quality professional HR service to both Managers and Staff

=        Ensuring appropriate documentation is received from new employees including evidence of Right to Work in UK, driving licences, ID, references etc.

=        Producing employee offer of appointment letters and associated contracts of employment.

=        Ensuring that all holidays and absences are recorded accurately on PeopleHR and assist with queries on the holiday and absence process.


To join us, you must have:


=        Demonstrate previous experience of working as a HR Administrator

=        Educated to GCSE level/equivalent

=        Ability to communicate concisely, clearly and persuasively in writing and verbally at all levels

=        A good understanding of HR/payroll software and MS Office, including email, Excel and Word

=        Ability to operate well as part of a team.

=        Good customer service attitude. The successful candidate will have the ability to deal with confidential matters sensitively and in accordance with company policy.


=        CIPD Level 3 Diploma

=        Experience of using LinkedIn for recruitment purposes would be advantageous
